FC6- Printer re-installation on cups update

I am running a ML-1610 Samsung Laser printer.
Each time cups is updated , printer stops working, I have to disinstall and
re-install printer (quite annoying as this is my network's printer)

Under which number shall I file this misbehavour in bugzilla???
