3ware 8006-2LP 2 port raid card with FC6 System

Dear All,

I just created the array function ( mirror - raid 1, steps :1,select two
HD,2,create array,3,f8 key) with two HDs....
But I want to know how do the following function :
1, When one of HD is fail, how to config the alarm message ( email to me ) ?
2, After a new one HD connected with ( S-ATA cable ) the Raid Card, how
to do the mirror automatically ?
