problem with apache user

Hello there,

I accidentially deleted my user and group for httpd.  How do I set it up 
correctly with the correct permissions.  Here is what I get when I try 
to start it now.

Starting httpd: httpd: bad user name 
apache                                                     
                                                           
[FAILED]
