There is a currently open mirror in Europe.
Considering that it is midnight there and that the site has good
bandwith, I think it can handle a few downloads.

You have to use something like wget, because the directories are
invisible.

I downloaded the iso and the sha1sum matches with the one I posted
a few hours ago.

the moment of the official release.
