GDM XDMCP bug affects Fedora 8, Ubuntu Gutsy, FreeBSD and NetBSD - SOLVED

The problem that I am having with trying to get my LTSP terminal working has
now been solved, thanks to some amazing work by Ray Strode at RedHat.  My LTSP
terminal is now working again and I'm a happy kind of guy.

If anyone else has a problem with gdm not appearing on a remote terminal with
Fedora 8, the fix can be installed with this command:

 su -c 'yum --enablerepo=updates-testing update gdm'
