You want them to use the HTTPS site, not the HTTP one.  So you set up a
HTTP webserver that redirects them over to the HTTPS one.  That corrects
their mistake.

Otherwise, they could keep on using unsecured HTTP, if you let them.  Or
you could have no response on the plain HTTP one so they'd be forced to
use the HTTPS by retyping it, themselves.
