You are right, I did mix up my read vs unreads, but you are on
track with my complaints.  And you added more.  I agree with
your detailed points and thanks for that!

I replied to Patrick (poc) with some details as to what I was
experiencing with Evo/Exchange, you might want to have a look
at that?
