While this probably isn't much help to you, others on the list may find 
this info helpful.

On most Dell server hardware, Dell's OpenManage Server Administrator can 
be used to reliably determine power supply health and voltages.

On the machines I look after, I can access the voltage probes using 
snmp, as OM acts as a snmp subagent using agentx.

Mind you, with recent versions of net-snmp on fedora, the lm-sensors 
information is also accessible using snmp, but the calibration issue 
still stands.

Here is what some output from snmpwalk looks like:

(Note you need to divide the readings by 1000)
