post installation problem of fedora 9 on asus motherboard and amd quardcore...9550 processor

it shows errror::acpi error:device not attached:
this line 4 times it shows after uncompressing linux...and it then continues
with booting..............then a blank screen comes which shows just "hz"
floating around.
how to solve this problem ...please help
2nd problem is that it says not found memory hole....64 mb it should
costs.......
please check mmu io settings..............in bios settings......what should
be done .....
pls help
