Flash 10 no longer requires libflashsupport. The cause of your loss of 
sound is for some other reason.

If you just upgraded to Flash 10, make sure you delete the 
/usr/lib/mozilla/plugin-wrapped/ns* and 
/usr/lib64/mozilla/plugin-wrapped/ns* files. nspluginwrapper caches the 
wrapped binaries and unfortunately never refreshes them automatically.

The Fedora 10 release notes were obsolete, unfortunately.
