Rpmfusion not showing in yum.repos

The DNS issues are something subtle below yum itself either in glibc
or a layer which is calling into glibc.  My networking is not affected
and I don't understand the discussion completely, but people are aware
of it and its being worked on.

This bug against glibc is probably relevant
