F10 + KDE: What happened to Ctrl-F8?

Under F9, if I hit Ctrl-F8, the screen would slip into a collection of all 
of my desktops which I could select from with a mouse click.

How do I get that functionality back in F10?

BTW, I did get GL graphics working.
