F10 KDE 4 Tutorial / Getting Used to Guide

I have always used Gnome when I needed a GUI but want to give KDE a shot, but to be
fair I figured a quick walk through might yield a more informed decision. Anyone know
of a quick read that explains the basics and points a new user through?
