GNOME Session crashes after less then 10 seconds

hello together,

thanks a lot for your hints. my system is now almost 100% running. only the pulse audio server and the automount daemon causes still problems. 

then i put in a usb stick in gnome, nothing happens. only a manual mount at /dev/sdb or similar like that will working. anyone still a tip for this problem?
