Manually install RPM

I was trying to upgrade FC4 RPM to FC5 RPM with the --nodeps switch and now
when I run rpm I get:

rpm: error while loading shared libraries: librpm-4.3.so: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory

Is there anyway I can manually install rpm-libs-5.0-0.2.0.fc5.rf.i386.rpm to
get RPM working again?
