F8 log problem -

I've just upgraded this F7 computer to F8 with relatively few problems.  
Logwatch has been working but now I am seeing an error message and I 
don't know where to look for the cause:

Error: ::signal_syslog failed : Undefined subroutine 
&global::signal_syslog called at (eval 6) line 2
