Keep in mind, KDE4 is still considered a 'preview release/developer 
release/etc' pretty much until KDE 4.1.  It's going to be missing 
features, things not working right, et al. until that point.  Just 
because it's been included in F9 doesn't really mean it's ready for 
primetime.
