Sidux is based on Debian unstable ("sid"). Debian is a very conservative 
distribution and therefore only has KDE 4 in experimental at the moment, not 
unstable. That's why Sidux doesn't carry it yet.

If you want old stuff, use Fedora 8, not 9.
