eSATA drive won't mount. Wrong data rate ?

I was playing around with this drive today, hooking and unhooking it
from the eSATA port.   Somehow it doesn't work with the USB port
anymore.  fdisk /dev/sdc doesn't see a drive anymore.

Luckily the drive didn't have any data on it.
