KDE4 auto-hiding of panel

I did something similar, found the palette (at the far end, AFAICT it's
the same as right clicking the panel and selecting settings), didn't find
the "more settings", then compared kdebase-workspace versioning.

So, it should show up in a future Fedora 9 update of kdebase-workspace.
