subpixel smoothing in Xwindows apps.

Hello guys,

i am using subpixel smoothing with medium hinting for fonts in Gnome on
Fedora 9. Configured using gnome settings. All my GTK applications use
subpixel smoothed fonts.

I want to have such nice subpixel smoothed fonts under Wine = Xwindow
applications. Is there way to configure it? Does adding some parameters to
/etc/X11/Xresources or ~/.Xresources will solve it?

Also does this then apply to login-screen in Fedora 9?
