mock, mirrorlist & <arch>.newkey repos

	Thanks. Being a little dull-witted, I'd tried adding .newkey to the
arch cgi argument, not the repo. Doh! Now my mock root.log looks more
the way I'd like and I feel better about mock environment and its products.
