Checked two other mirrors and found that updates/8/i386 and
updates/8/i386.newkey are gone. However, the F9 updates/9/i386 and
updates/9/i386.newkey are still there.

More likely, some one goofed up and removed both directories at Fedora
and the mirrors synced up to match.
