e: yum upgrade F8->F9

The newer gnupg2 is in updates-testing, however:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F9/FEDORA-2008-7474

You could rpm -e --nodeps the package and reinstall it later for F9.

(It's a packaging bug, an upgrade path bug, as the newer F8 update
was pushed a long time before the F9 update:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F8/FEDORA-2008-6469 )
