Again,
You are confusing option prohibitions with menu's. One has nothing to do
with the other. *If* a menu exists, which is not by standard required, an
author may add option prohibitions to the functions. Player's do not need
a menu to work as the standard does not require it. Many store bought dvd's
authored from commercial houses don't have them, its just not common anymore
as they want to advertise, some examples are menuless dvd's with option
prohibitions on the FBI chapters...
