System freeze with ATI

I installed fedora just now and want to configure ftp server on it. I tried
vsftpd and proftpd, but both rpm's doesnt get installed as they say some
missing dependencies. Can anyone suggest and nice and easy way of
configuring ftpserver on my fedora.
