How do I switch mirror for rpmfusion?

Go to http://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/mm/publiclist/ and select another
mirror. Then edit rpmfusion repo files (free, non-free, free-updates,
etc.), comment out mirrorlist in the repo files; uncomment and plug
the url of your favorite mirror into baseurl.
