After F11 PolicyKit  problems, this made me feel better !

cat /etc/PolicyKit/PolicyKit.conf
<config version="0.1">                                                                                                                                               
<match user="root|ja">

PS I only had a problem with my second install of F11 - the first was fine
I thought I had carried out exactly the same procedure - obviously not !
