Yes.  Read the manual for using Anaconda (the installer) with a
kickstart file (list of packages).

Thank for the information, but probably my question was not enough
specific.
In fact, I would like to update my machine from fc10 to fc11, but
at the same time move from i386 to x86_64. It would be
great if I could find an automatic way to do it.
