Simple image crop tool?

Define "simple".

FWIW, when I really want to crop an image chances are I also want/need
to do other types of processing.  So, for me the kitchen sink of Gimp
works just fine.

If, however, I really want to do a "resize" then I just use "convert"
from the ImageMagick tools.
