It took me a while to figure that one myself. Here is a hit. :)

# rpm -qlp kernel-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i686.rpm | grep squashfs
/lib/modules/2.6.18-1.2798.fc6/kernel/fs/squashfs
/lib/modules/2.6.18-1.2798.fc6/kernel/fs/squashfs/squashfs.ko

You might want to use either 2798 or 2849 but not 2868 for your
installation package list.
