We have already considered it. The current stand point is that any live 
CD which modifies Fedora packages or uses a package outside of the 
formal Fedora repositories will have to use a different name (subject to 
fair use terms) and anyone using any combination of packages from the 
formal repositories can continue to call it Fedora. (The exact 
guidelines arent written down in detail yet). The work necessary to 
properly brand a derivative is currently non trivial. See 
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Marketing/Branding.What we need to do so 
is provide a very easy switch in pilgrim (and pungi as well) for folks 
who want to rebrand their Live CD's as necessary. Also certain wording 
like based on Fedora etc might be considered fair use. We should 
probably encourage that for getting some recognition and credit for our 
shared work.
