[Fedora-livecd-list] template for localized kde live images

Sorry, then I've misunderstood you. It was easier to use this script as to 
edit the xorg.conf. And I don't wanted to modify the config 
in /usr/share/kde-settings/kde-profile/default/share/config/kdeglobals to add 
the keyboard layout.
