It's probably this bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=538496

I haven't retested this since getting the selinux-policy update that
is supposed to fix it. Do you have selinux-policy-doc-3.6.32-59.fc12
or later installed? It has been in updates since the 24th.
