I forgot to add these are my kickstart files I used:

These work now but if you uncomment OpenOffice or some of KDE packages
then it fails :(

Command I used was:
# cd /home
# livecd-creator -c private-10-desktop-livecd.ks -f F10Private -t /home/temp/

and my /home partition has 15GB of free space.
