Bull.  The whole point is to produce a distro that is free enough that
someone could, for example, sell it.  The package in question cannot
be sold.  The conflict with the goals of the Fedora project is
explicit.

FESCo wouldn't be the one to decide on a fundamental change in the
basic direction of the project.  Try the Fedora Board instead, if you
really feel this is a worthwhile goal.
