Indeed, but the proposal is to create a separate repo, with different
goals than the pure OSI approved fedora repos.

But here we discuss about packages for which it is impossible. Of course
in the general case it makes sense, but there are many interesting packages,
especially for science/education, but not only, which don't fit.

It is not for fedora extras, but for a repo under fedora umbrella, not
necessarily with fedora in the name, but with shared infrastructure.
