Wiki updates new comps handling (Re: comps has moved)

The comps-fe7.xml.in target that creates the symlink didn't work for me,
since it is not a default target (see the wildcards at the top of the
Makefile. As a work-around, I've simply reconfigured the pushscript
config file to use comps-f7.xml instead, and that worked fine.
