NX/FreeNX maintainer: AWOL: Formal request for takeover

It has been 3 weeks with no contact.

Axel Thimm (Axel.Thimm at ATrpms.net) has requested to be made the maintainer
of both nx and freenx, pending a 3 day wait and approval by a FESCO
member.

He already has much of the needed work on these packages prepared.
