BuildError: package bouml not in list for tag dist-fc7-updates-candidate

While importing the package bouml
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=247417)  into
the CVS, my network connection broke. I tried to revert all the
changes made to the CVS (eg. import.log, sources, etc.), and again ran
the cvs-import.sh followed by 'make build'.

However I keep getting "BuildError: package bouml not in list for tag
dist-fc7-updates-candidate". See
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=89330

What is to be done to resolve this? Can the CVS module be re-created
so that I can do it from scratch?
