Ok, I had already found this page. The problem is that there seems to be
no doc about how all the pieces work together. Of course everything
could be inferred by following the ML closely, but this is impossible
with the current amount of traffic. I think there should be a link on
the wiki frontpage "Everything you always wanted to know about
packaging, but were afraid to ask".

Anyway, I tried to push an update through bodhi, but I get the following
internal error:
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from
fulfilling the request.
