fedora-devel-announce
Announcements specifically for developers.  Stuff like policy, 
infrastructure or tool changes that would be relevant to developers. 
VERY INFREQUENT posts that rise above the difficult to follow bulk of 
the devel/maintainers discussion lists.  THIS IS WHAT IS NEEDED.
