Script to determinate packages wich need comaintainership

Hello,

I have try to develop a python script which should able to determinate which
packages need comaintainership on base of the owners.list.

I have uploaded it to:

http://www.herr-schmitt.de/pub/comaint/comaint.txt

I have used the .txt extension, becouse I have got some trouble with my
webspace when uploading a file with the .py extension.
