Missing Dependency in rhgb package?

I believe there's a missing dependency on the Redhat Graphical Boot package.  
I installed off of the KDE Live CD and then installed RHGB manually, but it 
errored out because I didn't have VTE installed.  Shouldn't VTE be a 
dependency of RHGB if RHGB won't start without it?
