koji and dependency management

Hello there
on koji, if several packages depend on a particular package, and the
latter has already been built by me,
* what should be done so that the rest can built upon it ?

I have this problem only on f7, on F8-devel those packages have
successfully pulled their recently built dependency

Example: geda-gschem-20070626 needs libgeda-20070626 as BR.
libgeda-20070626 for f7 has already been built. But however
geda-gschem-20070626 is unable to find libgeda-20070626. Hence it
fails to build.
