libstdc++-devel-0:4.1.2-12.i386:/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6

comes from gcc41.spec:

> Requires: [...], %{_prefix}/%{_lib}/libstdc++.so.6

while a dependency on the soname is automatic and *should* work just
fine for multi-lib, too, since for 64-bit the automatic dependency
is on libstdc++.so.6()(64bit) and not libstdc++.so.6
