packages that could need ExclusiveArch updated

Thats exactly the point i was trying to make.  if a package really is just for 
one or two archs  make it so by using ExclusiveArch it helps all those people 
who build for other archs.  

there is at least sparc, alpha, and ia64 out there probably mips, arm and 
others also.
