Another interesting option is to get some design you like (for example
from http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Artwork/MarketingCollateral) and go
with it and print at a local shop. That's what I do for my own needs
(stickers, posters, business cards - with T-shirts is harder to get good
quality).
