Hi Pascal, Huzaifa

I've made quite a few corrections mostly around Style Guide stuff[1]
since then and noticed that we've been over a couple of the same beats.
So they need to all be copied over de novo. The only thing missing now
is Dale's Virtualization beat -- I'm not complaining!, I'm pretty tired
after that and Dale's beat is always a treat to read. I've made first
stab at the Welcome text again to reflect what's come in so far.

This is looking like a great issue thanks to the continued work of old
hands and the very welcome new blood of Runa Bhattacharjee (Translation)
and Svetoslav Chukov (Marketing).  Thanks guys!
