Moving OLPC merge to mainline forwards

For things like NetworkManager (and evince being the other that
immediately springs to mind) where there's an older version in the
OLPC-3 branch, flagging them to make sure they're kept track of is
worthwhile.  In most cases, they're "something needs to be ported" --
eg, some of the Sugar bits for the new NetworkManager dbus api or
similar.

Keeping that in a bug blocking the FedoraOLPCDelta bug seems like
probably the lowest-effort way of doing so
